In this way, the person in charge of the team points the cell phone camera to the workers who arrive at the work area, and the application itself registers the presence of the employee through the image.  <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

“The technology is already in use in two mills here in the region, where we control all the employees’ working hours in the field. It is a very interesting technology, because it makes use of artificial intelligence with computer vision to identify the employee’s face and, then, to record the time”, commented Marcos Chiodi, Monitora’s CEO, in an interview for the <\/span>AgroMais<\/span><\/a> channel. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

With the support of Monitora, which contributed to the entire Service Design of the project, today 360 Suites has a direct channel for renting apartments, offering more than 300 units to its customers. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

To further improve profitability, Monitora also developed an algorithm that analyses market prices. Twice a day, it scans competitors’ offers, identifying the best price for the company to rent an apartment in a certain region.  <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
